'앰네스티(Amnesty) 프로그램'은 기존에 공식 수입사를 통해 구입한 차량에만 제공되었던 애프터 세일즈 대상범위를 3월 31일까지 등록한 국내의 모든 페라리 차량으로 확대된다.
금번 프로그램을 통해 FMK의 국내설립 이전에 직수입 또는 병행수입업체를 통해 페라리 차량을 구입했던 고객들은 AS 문제로 겪었던 불편함을 해소할 수 있을 것으로 본다.
이는 공식 수입사를 통해 수입된 차량 이외에는 애프터 세일즈가 불가능하거나 등록비를 별도로 부과하는 등 불편이 많았던 국내 시장에서는 파격적인 서비스라 할 수 있다.
대상은 올해 3월 31일까지 등록된 페라리 차량으로, 신분증, 자동차등록증, 자동차보험증 원본을 지참하여 성수동에 위치한 FMK 애프터 세일즈 워크샵(02-3433-0880)에 제출하여 차량의 실제 소유주라는 확인을 받으면 애프터 세일즈 대상 차량으로 등록된다.
